The Best Part of Me

This is - hands down - my most favorite writing project that I've ever done with my firsties. They did such an amazing job and I am so proud of how far they have come this year. We read "The Best Part of Me" by Wendy Ewald and then created our own bubble maps to organize our thoughts. I did some modeling, and it went a little something like this..."The best parts of me are my hands because they lift warm coffee to my lips..."
